1. How long does processing orders and delivery take?
Please note that due to COVID-19, orders may experience a delay in delivery.
Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-4 business days. Domestic delivery can take 3-7 business days and 2-3 weeks for international orders. Further details about delivery and shipping is located on the Shipping Policy page.
2. What if, I need my order by a specific date?
In the event, that you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order to ensure we can fulfill your request. We will respond within 24 hours.
3. Do you permit Returns and Exchanges?
Yes, we gladly accept the return and exchange of unworn and unwashed items if we receive them within 14 days after it was delivered to you. Further details on returns and exchanges are located on the Returns & Exchanges page.
4. Can I return a final sale item?
Unfortunately, we do not allow returns for sale items or on face mask and are final sale.
5. How do I cancel an order?

6. What if something is wrong with my order?
We strive to ensure you receive quality items and receive the best customer service. However, in the event that there is a problem with your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number along with your concern.
7. Are your items true to size?
Yes, our items typically run true to size. However, some items run smaller. Please refer to the size chart to select your size and review the product description for each item. If you have further questions, feel free to contact us for more information.
8. Do you make custom items?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not make custom orders. We currently only sell items seen on our online store.
9. Do you restock sold out items?
Once our items are out of stock, we typically do not reproduce the item. However, occasional we may restock sold out items. If you are interested in purchasing an item that's currently unavailable, please contact us at email@example.com. We will provide details regarding if an item will be restocked. In the event the item will be restocked we will provide you with the estimated arrival time frame.
10. Do you make clothes for men or children?
At this time we only sell women’s clothing and accessories. However, the men’s and children’s clothing collection will launch at a later date.
11. What are your office hours?
Our regular office hours are Monday- Friday, 10am-5pm EST. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during regular business hours.
