Refund policy
We take customer care very seriously at Yaa Chic and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason your items are not everything you had hoped for please let us know by emailing us at info@yaachic.com. We want you to love your Yaa Chic items as much as we do and will handle your return with care.
Yaa Chic will gladly accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, please mail your item within 14 business days of receiving your original order with proof of purchase. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from the receipt of original order. All items must be unworn. We cannot accept item(s) damged, washed or altered in any way. Yaa Chic offers US/Domestic customers free returns.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Please email Yaa Chic at info@yaachic.com with your order number.
2. Print your shipping label that you will receive via email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, face mask or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (typically 7 to 10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
